Terms & Conditions of Sale


  • All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply.


  • Prices are correct at the time of going online, and are subject to alteration at any time without prior notice.

Value Added Taxation

  • Value Added Taxation (VAT), where applicable,  is charged at the prevailing rate at time of order. Prices, inclusive of  VAT, may be subject to change to reflect changes in the rate of VAT or changes in taxation legislation.

Product availability

  • We strive to maintain an appropriate level of stock, however we cannot always guarantee immediate availability of all items. Should an item be out of stock, we will advise you of the anticipated delivery time, and do our utmost to get the item to you in the shortest possible time.

Product specification

  • Details and specifications are correct at the time of going online and may be altered without prior notice, dependent upon manufacturer’s amendments. Up to date details can be checked when ordering, to avoid disappointment.

Title of goods

  • All goods supplied remain our property until such time as payment has cleared for aforementioned goods.

Insurance and risk

  • Upon delivery of the goods, the risk inherent in the goods shall pass to the customer. We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.

Delivery claims

  • Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 5 days of the anticipated delivery date, or we accept no responsibility for loss of delivery.
  • Damaged and missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery in writing, or we shall not be liable.

Returned goods

Guardian Connect

  • You may terminate the Complete or Lite Plan at any time by giving 30 days notice in writing (or email) to the company.   A termination charge of £150 must be paid by debit or credit card and any sensors that have already been supplied, but have not been paid for, must be paid for in full before termination can be accepted.
  • If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging on the Sensors has been open or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Postage will not be refunded on goods returned which are not faulty.
  • Failure to return a Transmitter supplied on a trial agreement within 21 days of the end of the 2 week trial period will be subject to a charge of £150.00 which will be debited to your bank or debit/credit card account.

I-Port Advance

  • We do not accept returns of I-Port Advance.

Product liability

  • The manufacturers of all products featured within this website are ultimately responsible for product liability matters.  Any alleged injuries or incidences that are reported as being due to alleged faulty workmanship or materials shall be reported to the relevant manufacturer for them to administrator in accordance with their protocols and procedures.
